Ever since the pandemic started, I began my work from home journey. I LOVE working from home and I love the home office life. However, sometimes it can be difficult to get out and move. I balance so many projects and personal things, that my fitness can easily fall off my radar. I am a mother, I work full time, I am a content creator, and I am getting my MBA. To say that I struggle implementing a strict fitness routine is an understatement. Here are 9 things I have implemented in my fitness journey and brought INTO my home office that has helped so much!
